FORT LAUDERDALE – Young Foster PLLC has announced the addition of Nicola A.
Gelormino as Of Counsel to the Firm.

Ms. Gelormino is a seasoned commercial trial lawyer who gained experience at a prestigious
national firm before venturing out on her own in 2022. She represents clients in state, federal,
and bankruptcy court in a broad range of matters, involving claims for breaches of contract,
unfair competition, violation of restrictive covenants, fraud, liabilities of directors and officers,
real estate disputes, statutory and avoidance claims, and business torts.

Ms. Gelormino received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the
University of Miami, and currently serves on the University of Miami Citizens Board.
